At our discretion, we may accept customer convenience returns of unopened items purchased from NuuMe (*except - see exception below) within 30 days of purchase. Accepted returns of items must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund in the amount of the product total will be issued by check once item is returned and inspected. Returned orders that received FREE shipping will be refunded the product total less the original shipping charge. 

  

*Exception: For used & opened items please make sure to use your product consistently (daily) for a few weeks as CBD can take time to build up in your system before becoming effective (each user is unique and different and it may or may not work immediately). Refunds may be issued via check payment after 30 days of of regular use if you are not satisfied. Additionally you may also reach out to us or our non-profit Partner Realm of Caring to discuss dosage, specific cannabinoids for specific conditions, etc. as your dosage may need to be adjusted.
