Shipping policy

SECTION 20 – SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free shipping on consumer (B2C) orders and will be shipped at our discretion via USPS. Upgraded shipping options are available during checkout if you'd like to ship via a different carrier or need it expedited - otherwise estimated delivery 1-5 days from shipment date (depending on area), with an average of 3-4 days.

**Please note, if you choose to upgrade shipping, UPS only offers guaranteed delivery or credits for Air shipments (2nd Day or overnight), not ground. Please be aware when choosing the shipping method, credits for late delivery from the carrier can only be reimbursed for air shipments if they do not deliver on time

FOB Brush, CO 80723. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of order date.

NuuMe is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Packages will be left at the recipient's door. If you require another secure location for delivery, please indicate your special delivery instructions in the “Order Notes” section.  Please review tracking information and be aware of indicated delivery times.

If your package does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us at (970) 571-7959 M-F 9:00am – 5:00pm MST or email us at hi@nuume.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will be happy to assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier You will receive a response within 1-2 business days .  A charge for re-shipment may apply.

If your package arrives damaged, immediate photo documentation of the damages (including a photo of the outside of the package as it arrived as well as a photo of the damaged product) is required to file an insurance claim.  Please remit photo documentation of the damages to hi@nuume.com for assistance. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.
